I believe that real change happens through authenticity, compassion, and a willingness to engage with what matters most. My work focuses on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the treatment of complex trauma, approaches that help clients move toward healing, resilience, and a more meaningful life. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore difficult emotions, process painful experiences, and reconnect with their values. My approach is collaborative and grounding utilizing my training and experience as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional - level II.
I'm passionate about helping individuals find freedom from old patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and build lives guided by purpose and connection. I may utilize Narrative Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Internal Family Systems to help create a collaborative and healing environment.
