Elizabeth Riordan
LSW, LMSW, CCM
Elizabeth believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or expectations. She believes that you are the expert in your own life, and her role is to meet you where you’re at, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in finding a path forward that feels right for you.
Elizabeth enjoys working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, personal growth, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting the emotional and relational experiences of fertility and conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Elizabeth understands that periods of growth and change—even those that are exciting or deeply meaningful—can bring uncertainty, stress, and new challenges. Whether you are navigating a new chapter, working through a difficult season, or looking for greater clarity and connection, Elizabeth offers a compassionate space to slow down, explore what you need, and reconnect with yourself
Her goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow, and never alone in the process.
Elizabeth supports clients through fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum life from our Easton, PA practice, with telehealth in PA, NJ, and NY.
