Emily Dreas
MSW, LSW
I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and strive to meet each client with compassion, authenticity, and respect.
My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered talk therapy, a trauma centered approach, and faith based counseling. Together, we work to identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, family challenges, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients of all ages and backgrounds gain insight, build practical skills, and create lasting change!
