Therapy with me is a collaborative process where you'll find a supportive, safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your challenges and goals. Together, we'll work to identify patterns, develop strategies, and create a clear path toward meaningful change. You can expect a combination of compassionate listening and practical tools to help you build healthier relationships, improve communication and problem-solving skills, manage stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions, and strengthen your sense of resilience and self-worth. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or family dynamics, I'm here to guide and empower you every step of the way.
My professional background includes individual, family, and couples counseling from pre-teens through older adults. I've worked as therapeutic support staff and a behavioral specialist consultant for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and as a counselor in corrections facilities, counseling those navigating complex emotional and life circumstances. I've also served as a multi-systemic therapist, specializing in helping families with at-risk youth strengthen relationships and create positive change. I also bring a wealth of experience in topics such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, women's issues, and grief.
