I deeply believe in client-centered, culturally competent, harm reduction and strengths-based approaches; all while welcoming the client's lived experience.

I keep a safe environment that is accepting, ethical, non-judgmental and relational. I appreciate the power of creativity and implement creative interventions into my work. I am guided by a trauma-informed approach and acknowledge social, cultural and systemic issues. I am HAES-aligned and have experience working with folx throughout various stages of life.

My clinical experience is in eating disorders, disordered eating, body shame, grief and loss, trauma and complex trauma. My professional journey encompasses various levels of care including: inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.
