MA, LAPC
I believe meaningful change happens through authenticity, connection, and feeling safe enough to show up as yourself. As a pre-licensed therapist, I take a holistic and collaborative approach to supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults through life's challenges, transitions, and emotional experiences. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, school-related stress, peer and relationship challenges, and trauma. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and strength-based techniques to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and a master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Moravian University. My professional background includes working in an inpatient mental health setting with individuals experiencing complex and acute mental health concerns, which has strengthened my passion for creating a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative environment for healing and growth.
