Challenges and struggles will always be a part of our lives, but that doesn't mean that we can't live the life that we desire. My role is to help you work towards living a meaningful life while experiencing the challenges that may arise and offering support throughout this process. My focus is to provide a safe, comforting, and nonjudgmental space that will help encourage you to discuss these struggles and learn to make changes in your life.
Counseling with me will be focused on building a connection with you so that you feel comfortable in being able to discuss challenges, feel heard while doing so, and work together to make changes that feel important to you.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents who have experienced a variety of difficulties including anxiety, low self-esteem, women's issues, life transitions (i.e. adjusting to college, parenthood, and divorce) and substance abuse.
