The decision to begin therapy can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to share your experiences and feelings. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and counselor. I enjoy taking the time to build rapport in session and learn who you are as a person. I connect with a person-centered approach and believe you hold the ability within yourself to heal and grow. In our counseling sessions you can expect a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental space where I will help you connect your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We will explore your goals for growth and what change looks like for you. Life can be challenging at times, but that does not mean you have to go through it alone!
